Super Air Knife PVDF, 3" - 54"
The Super Air Knife air knife is a quiet, economical high-pressure curtain for blowing off, drying, cleaning and cooling. The 40:1 air gain keeps the compressed air consumption of this new type of air curtain to a minimum. The amazingly low noise level (69 dBA in most applications) also sets the Super Air Knife apart from other blow-off devices. We offer Super Air Knives in lengths from 3" - 54" (76 mm - 1372 mm). The air knife creates an even flow of air along the entire length.
The Super Air Knife in PVDF is suitable for higher stress, UV resistant or resistant to inorganic chemicals, solvents, ozone, mold/fungus, chlorinated hydrocarbon, aggressive acids, weak bases and salts. PVDF Super Air Knives have PTFE shims, Hastelloy C-276 screws, 316 stainless steel blind plugs and are temperature resistant up to 135°C. They are suitable for various manufacturing processes such as solar cells, lithium batteries, semiconductors or in solvent recovery, electroplating or medical technology.
