The ergonomic Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is ideally suited for daily, industrial use. The ergonomic shape features a large trigger that allows easy operation even over long periods of time. An integrated hook guarantees easy storage of the gun.
The safety blowgun can be used flexibly and equipped with nozzles from 1/8" - 1/2" NPT. Aluminium extension tubes, flex-rigid hoses as well as protective shields to increase work safety are available as accessories.
Our robust safety blowguns can be equipped with different nozzles depending on the application. This is very practical if, for example, a pipe is to be blown out with a blow-back nozzle in one application and there is a need for a particularly small nozzle in the next application. The Super Air Nozzle 1100 delivers a high performance suitable for a wide range of blowoff, drying and cooling applications. The compressed air is ejected through holes located in recessed grooves that can not be blocked or dead ended. The aerodynamic design of this engineered Super Air Nozzle directs the air to a single point of convergence, delivering hard-hitting force.The Model 1100 is constructed of a zinc aluminum alloy, suited to general purpose applications. The Model 1100SS is constructed of durable Type 316 stainless steel. The Model 1100-PEEK (grade 450G) is an engineered thermoplastic offering excellent resistance to chemicals, fatigue and high temperatures up to 320°F (160°C). It is often used to replace metals in harsh environments. PEEK is ideal for high temperature, food processing, corrosive and pharmaceutical applications.
