The patented Intellistat® Ion Air Nozzle generates ionized compressed air to neutralize static electricity and remove interfering particles during cleaning processes, test procedures and sensitive assembly work.
Balanced at +/-30 volts, the Intellistat has been designed to use a minimum of compressed air while delivering precise blowdown and exceptional static decay rates, capable of reducing 1000 volts to less than 100 volts in less than a second.
A low-voltage transformer that converts 120V or 240V to 24V ensures electrical safety, while the EXAIR-designed air nozzle meets OSHA compressed air standards.
The Intellistat Ion Air Nozzle is equipped with a compact, adjustable bracket made of stainless steel and can be mounted on e.g. work benches and machine stands to enable hands-free operation when both hands are required for packaging, testing or assembling parts and products.
The Intellistat Ion Air Nozzle is equipped with other practical functions such as B. the 6 mm compressed air connection and green and red LEDs that indicate proper function. It is a reliable, low-maintenance solution made from durable, dissipative polycarbonate for applications that require non-conductivity such as: B. the production of printed circuit boards or electronics.
